Fall Blood Drive 2023 Donor Sign-Up

Requirements: You must weigh at least 115 pounds (male) & 120 lbs (female), be 16 or older, sign a parental consent form if you're 16, provide photo ID. There will be a HOSA stand during lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday for the parent consent form. Make sure to also fill out the online form using this LINK.

Blood donors will receive 5 hours. Sign up for a shift using this LINK. Donors should report to Gym 3.
